Staring at my partially empty suitcase I soon came to the realisation that I do really need to actually start packing - 2 days is all I have until I am boarding the plane at the Brisbane International Airport to make my way to Europe. How are you feeling? You may ask... Incredibly excited, happy and still trying to actually come to terms with the fact that in less then 48 hours I will be on my way to Europe.. Maybe days filled with sunshine, eating gelato under the shade of a tree near the colosseum in Rome, perhaps sun baking on the yacht through the greek islands, feeling the wind in my hair as I ride a bike through the streets of Amsterdam - Or how about clutching a freshly baked baguette while holding a box of Ladurée macarons walking down to sit under the Eiffel Tower for a picnic all the while wearing a large felt wide brimmed hat.
Whatever I may experience whilst I am there I know for a fact it is going to stay with me for the rest of my life and I can not wait to capture it all and share it with you on here. Immersing myself in the local culture and experiencing all there is to offer is just the start!
I will be hopefully blogging whilst I am over there so watch this space for some photo diaries and writings on my adventures and I am also planning on doing some vlogs!
