Have a beautiful weekend and a few lovely links:

Friday 11 January 2013

As I sit here I am listening to 1920's French music, yes I know: But you honestly can't go past some La vie en rose or Clair de lune! For me French music helps me transport myself to Paris, everything within my body just tingles at the sound of the French accordion, piano and the talented songstress gloriously singing in French. The picture that hangs pretty above my bed is not only something that I constantly look for when I need a dose of inspiration but furthermore it is a constant reminder of where I am heading if I continuously work hard at my job, my studies and myself personally. The thought of walking along the cobblestone streets, breathing in the many smells of Parisian life, from freshly baked croissants, coffee and the aromas of perfumes filling the air - To seeing the sun go down and the Eiffel towers light show begin, I can imagine myself now sitting on a wooden park bench, holding a glass of champagne in one hand, a box of LadureƩ macarons in the other and just staring in sheer awe at the sight before me. C'est Magnifique!

    1. It is such a gorgeous piece of classic music! Thank you Angela! In my eyes your room needs to be peaceful as it is your own space and where most of us all spend most of your time also.
